8.1

The Committee considered a report of the Director
of People and Organisational Culture which set the vision for how
Sheffield City Council would attract, develop, support and retain a
future-ready workforce from 2025 to 2028. The Committee was asked
to endorse the People Strategy and agree to bring the recommended
P&OC measures into the Outcome
Framework.

 

 

8.2

Following discussions around briefings received
on the item it was RESOLVED: that the
Finance and Performance Policy Committee would defer the item to
September’s Policy Committee.
