The Business
Manager for Parks and Countryside introduced the report which asked
the committee to consider the contents of the report and grant
approval to a licence to use the car park
stated.

UNANIMOUSLY: That the Charity Trustee
Sub-Committee:-
 
a)   
Approve the grant of a licence to Sheffield Wednesday Football Club
(SWFC)

Reasons for
Decision

The proposal to grant a licence of the car
park;

Secures an increased contribution to running costs of the
Park.

Complies with the provisos contained within the power granted to
the Trustee by the Scheme and with the statutory provisions
contained within the Act and further with the requirements of the
Charity Commission
