The Committee
considered a report of the Executive Director of Neighbourhood
Services which gave the final position on the Quarter 4 Housing
Capital Programme and an update on the approved 5 Year
Programme

RESOLVED
UNANIMOUSLY: That the Housing Policy
Committee:-

(a) 
Notes the 2024-25 Housing Capital Programme outturn at the end of
Quarter 4 Set out in point 2 of the report;
and

(b) 
Notes the updated budget position for the 5-year Housing Capital
Programme (2024/25 –2028/29) as set out in appendix 3
attached to the report.
