9.1

The
Assistant Director for Quality Assurance and Involvement Service
introduced the report which showcased the work of the Sheffield
Children Safeguarding Partnership and its partners. The report
highlighted that it is a statutory requirement to send the report
to the Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel by the end of
September 2025.

 

 

9.2

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Education,
Children and Families Policy Committee:-
 
a)   
Note the contents of the SCSP Yearly Report 2024-25.
b)   
Be aware of the work of the Sheffield Children Safeguarding
Partnership.

Reasons for Decision

 

 

9.3.1

It is
important that the committee note the contents of the SCSP Yearly
Report and that the Committee are aware of the work of the
Sheffield Children Safeguarding Partnership.

 

 

9.4

Alternatives Considered and Rejected

 

 

9.4.1

The
Report is a statutory requirement since 2024. Therefore’ Do
nothing’ was not a viable option this year.
