The Committee
considered a report of the Executive Director of City Futures which
updated Members on progress and outlined the next steps toward
delivery, regarding the City Centre Catalyst Sites which have been
identified at Furnace Hill and Neepsend, Moorfoot, and the Station Gateway, and
which have the potential to accelerate regeneration aligned with
the City Centre Strategic
Vision.

RESOLVED
UNANIMOUSLY: That the Transport, Regeneration and Climate
Change Policy Committee notes the contents of the
report.
