A proposal was requested to defer Item 12
to the February 2026 meeting on the basis that there were a few
formatting issues within the report which resulted in some
information not being
legible.
 
Cllr Mallinson proposed to defer the item, this
was seconded by Cllr Williams. The proposal was passed with a vote
of: FOR – 7. AGAINST – 0. ABSTAIN –
