Reasons for Decision
11.3.1
Significant progress has been made on delivery against the
recommendations and those outstanding are on track to be completed
in the near future. The Committee and those impacted should be
aware of the progress but also when all recommendations have been
concluded.
11.4
Alternatives Considered and Rejected
11.4.1
Not
bring update report - This was not considered as the Committee had
requested the report
11.4.2
Delay
brining the report until all recommendations were completed - This
was not taken forward as the Committee specifically requested a
six-month report. Some of the recommendation implementation dates
were beyond that timeframe.
