Call-off of Schedule 7 (Non-core) of the Amey
Streets Ahead PFI Contract.

Content

That (1) the tender of Amey Hallam Highways in
the sum £358,041 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are
issued accordingly.
 
(2) the Decision taken by the Director of
Finance & Commercial Services or his nominee under the
authority delegated by Finance Committee on 20/04/2022.
