Head of Service introduced the report which provided the Committee
with an update on Council Housing disrepair cases and the early
resolution implementation plan.

UNANIMOUSLY: That
the Housing Policy Committee:-

Notes the report.
RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Housing Policy Committee approved
the adding of the following additional recommendation to the
officers report:

To bring back an early resolutions improvement plan
to the December meeting of the committee.

Alternatives Considered and
Rejected

8.4.1

Managing disrepair claims made against the Council is a legal
and landlord responsibility. Therefore, in this respect there were
no other alternatives considered.
