Purpose

A Ministry of Justice
(MoJ) Grant Funding of
£505,811.24 for the second and third phases of the Turnaround
Programme for the period from April 2023 to March 2025 has already
received approval to be accepted.
 
The Committee is asked to
approve the use of the funding to commission services to enable the
delivery of the Turnaround Programme over the same
period.

Content

(a)      That the
Education, Children and Families Committee endorse that the
Turnaround service will be delivered for two years (two years and
four months in total including the initial phase 1.
 
(b)      That the
Education, Children and Families Committee approve the use of the
Ministry of Justice funding to commission services to deliver the
Turnaround programme, as set out in this report.
