The Committee considered a report of the Executive Director, Neighbourhood Services which gave an update on the Quarter 4 Housing Capital Programme 2025/2026 and a status update on the approved 5 Year Programme (2025-2030).

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Housing Policy Committee:-

(a)  notes the 2025-26 Housing Capital Programme outturn at the end of Quarter 4 as set out in section 2 of the report; and

(b)  notes the updated outturn budget position for the 5-year Housing Capital Programme (2025/26-2029/30) as set out in Appendix 3 of the report.
