(a)  Notes the performance report update for 2025/26.

(b)  Confirms these measures as appropriate for reporting the 2026/27 performance.

Reasons for Decision

The Communities, Parks and Leisure Policy Committee has delegated

responsibility for monitoring the performance of Parks, Leisure and Libraries services. This report provides Elected Members with an annual summary of service performance, key achievements and areas for improvement during 2025/26.

Regular performance reporting supports effective scrutiny, transparency and accountability, enabling the Committee to assess how services are performing, understand emerging trends and ensure that resources continue to be used effectively to deliver Council priorities and positive outcomes for Sheffield residents.
