The Committee considered a report of the Executive Director, Neighbourhood Services which gave an update on the Quarter 1 Housing Capital Programme 2026/27 and status update on the approved 5 Year Programme (2026-2031).

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:- That the Housing Policy Committee:

(a)  notes the 2026-27 Housing Capital Programme outturn at the end of Quarter 1 set out in section 2 of the report; and

(b)  notes the updated budget position for the 5-year Housing Capital Programme (2026/27–2030/31) as set out in Appendix 3.
