8.1

The
Strategic Director for Children’s Services introduced the
report which provided the Committee with a Strategic
Director’s update on the performance and governance of
Children’s services, including progress in meeting DCS
(Director of Children’s Services) accountabilities and
delivering on our statutory requirements. It also provides an
update regarding progress in relation to the Council’s
Delivery Plan, key strategic events and issues on the
horizon.

Children and Families  Policy

agree key activity for the coming months.
