Purpose

To consider a report on the high level action plan of the
Council’s Improvement & Recovery Plan.

Decision

(a) 
Agreed the action plan
that was provided in Appendix 1 to the report.
 
(b) 
Noted that a full two
year action plan would be brought back to Cabinet by April
2025.
