Purpose

To seek agreement to undertake a procurement process for
the East Berkshire Healthwatch Service.

Decision

(a) 
That the commencement
of a competitive procurement process for the delivery of a local
Healthwatch Service across East Berkshire be approved, with an
intended contract start date of 1st January 2026. 

 

(b) 
That delegated
authority to award the contract be given to the Executive Director
People Adults in consultation with the Lead Member for Adult Social
Care and the Executive Director Corporate Resources (s151
Officer).
