Purpose

To receive a report on the inspection of Slough Youth
Justice Services by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Prisons
(HMIP) and approach being taken on improvement following receipt of
the inspection report.

Decision

· 
That the findings of
the inspection by HMIP appended at Appendix 1 be noted.

 

· 
That the Youth Justice
Improvement Plan appended be endorsed, noting the responsibilities
of Slough Children First, the Council and the wider Partnership and
approve those actions that are the responsibility of the
Council.
