Purpose

To consider a recommendation to dispose of Hatfield Road
Multi-Storey Car Park, Slough SL1 1NB which has been marketed under
the Council’s Asset Disposal Strategy.

Decision

(a) 
Agreed to the Council
sale of the asset referred to in Appendix A and known as Hatfield
Road Multi-Storey Car Park, Slough SL1 1NB (referred to in this
report as “Hatfield Car Park”) to the bidder named in
Appendix A.

 

(b) 
Delegated authority to
the Executive Director of Regeneration, Housing & Environment,
in consultation with the Lead Member for Finance, Council Assets
and Transformation and the Executive Director of Corporate
Resources, to negotiate the terms and enter into the contract and
any associated documentation in connection with the disposal
consistent with the disposal report and Heads of Terms appended in
Confidential Appendix A to the report.
