Purpose

To approve a Tenancy Policy for housing, including the succession policy.

Decision

1. That the Housing Tenancy Policy, as at Appendix 1 be approved;
2. That delegated authority be given to the Executive Director Adults and Housing, in consultation with the Lead Member for Housing, Homelessness and Communities, to make minor amendments to the policy in line with service delivery requirements.
