Decision

(a)  Approved the acquisitions of 32-54 Moor Furlong and 55-77 Eltham Avenue for the sums set out in this report from funds identified from the LAHF4 funding and for affordable housing in the approved HRA Capital Programme. 

(b)  Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Adults and Housing, in consultation with the Section 151 Officer and the Lead Member for Housing, following legal and financial due diligence, to negotiate the terms of and enter into the contract and any associated documentation in connection with the acquisition of the assets, subject to this being consistent with the assumptions in this report.
