Purpose

To seek approval for the Council to enter into a section 75 agreement with the Thames Valley Integrated Care Board to govern the delivery of the Better Care Fund 2026/27.

Decision

(a)  Approved the Council entering into a written section 75 agreement with NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board, on the terms and conditions outlined in this report, to govern the delivery of the approved Better Care Fund Plan for Slough from 2026 to 2030.

(b)  Delegated authority to the Executive Director for Adult, in consultation with the Lead Member for Adult Social Care and the S151 Officer, to finalise the terms of the agreement, including annual variations and agree minor amendments.
