Purpose

To consider a report on the Target Operating Model for the
Council.

Decision

(a) 
That the direction of
travel around which the new model for Slough Borough Council would
be built as set out in Section 2, Section 3 and Appendix 2 of the
report be approved.

 

(b) 
That the proposed
stakeholder engagement process set out in Section 3.11 of the
report be approved.
