Purpose

To seek approval of the Council’s Contaminated Land
Strategy.

Decision

(a) 
Adopted and approved
the Contaminated Land Strategy 2024 - 2030 (see Appendix 1 to the
report).

 

(b) 
Approved the review of
the Priority List (see Appendix 2), and delegated authority to the
Executive Director of Housing, Regeneration and Environment, in
consultation with the Lead Member for the Environment,
Environmental Services and Open Spaces, to amend this as
appropriate, following the review.
