Purpose

As per the Cabinet resolution of 18th September 2023, to
receive a quarterly update on the progress of the delivery of the
Special Educational Needs and Disibilities (SEND) Improvement
Action Plan.

Decision

(a) 
Noted the progress
made as set out in the body of the report.

 

(b) 
Agreed that from the
next municipal year, an annual update report will be provided to
Cabinet on the SEND improvements, with the Lead Member receiving
more regular updates on progress.
