Representative on Bodies/organisations, including for example the West Midlands Combined Authority Regional lead for West Midlands Growth Plan Regional lead for West Midlands Economic Development Vehicle Lead Member for the West Midlands Combined Authority Investment Zone Lead Member for East Birmingham & North Solihull Growth Zone Lead Member for Arden Cross, NEC Development and UK2 Site Chair of Property Investment Board Lead Member for Business, Economic and Development Strategy Strategic Borough & Regional Assets - including land holdings & BHX shareholding.     Decisions will be taken through Full Cabinet
