About

The CPH Housing Decision Session is responsible for overseeing key aspects of housing within Solihull. This includes developing the Strategic Housing Framework, monitoring housing delivery, and managing Solihull Community Housing's corporate functions. The committee also addresses social housing complaints, empty homes, and homelessness, including rough sleeping. It handles private sector housing enforcement, the regulation of social housing, and residential building safety. Furthermore, it oversees housing capital and revenue programmes, housing for new communities, and the decarbonisation of public and private housing stock.
