CPH Leaders Decision Session

The CPH Leaders Decision Session is responsible for key strategic decisions and policy development within Solihull. It focuses on the Council Leader and Cabinet's priorities, including the Council Plan, strategic relationships, and representation on bodies like the West Midlands Combined Authority. The committee oversees economic development strategies, inward investment, transport policy, digital and cultural initiatives, and major land and property developments. It also plays a role in integrated care systems, health and wellbeing partnerships, and liaison with safeguarding and community safety partners.
