Purpose

To provide an update on progress in relation
to the delivery of Site KN2 with a view to endorsing the prosposed
masterplan for the site (including the identification of land for
the expansion of the Arden Academy Site) and to approve terms of
the acquistion and disposal of the Academy expansion land by the
Council
