Decision

The Cabinet Member for Environment and Infrastructure RESOLVED to:

(a)   Endorse proposals for the redistribution of the Council’s ‘City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement’ funding allocation across key schemes, and the revised timescales for development and delivery of those schemes, as set out in Table 1;

(b)  Note progress made in developing the various schemes included in the Council’s ‘City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement’ programme, as highlighted in Section 4 of the report;

(c)  Delegate authority to the Director of Economy and Infrastructure, in consultation with the Cabinet Portfolio Holder, Environment and Infrastructure (and opposition spokespeople updated as applicable), to accept City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement funding at various stages throughout scheme development and delivery, subject to WMCA approval of the Council’s Business Case submissions.
