Purpose

The code of conduct for enforcement must be
reviewed when changes are applied. An updated version has been
produced and will be effective from 1st September 2025.

Decision

The Cabinet Member RESOLVED:
(i) 
That the updated local Code of
Conduct for issuing penalty notices relating to school attendance,
attached at Appendix 1 to the report be approved;
(ii) 
It was noted that these changes will be in force from September
2025.
