The Cabinet Member
RESOLVED:

(i) To approve the changes to the Children’s Services Capital
Programme 2025/26 that required  Cabinet
Member approval as set at 2.3 and 2.4 of the report and noted the
overall 3 year rolling financial programme that is more
particularly detailed at Appendix A in the private section of the
report;
 
(ii) That the addition of funding to
the programme as outlined within Appendix A be approved.
Specifically, the established DfE capital funding allocated through
the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) for 2025/28 together
with other funding sources such as Section 106 Developer
contributions; and
 
(iii) That the new proposal to expand
Reynalds Cross Special School detailed in the body of the report at
4.13 be approved.
