Purpose

To provide an update to the Cabinet the
Trailblazer Deeper Devolution Deal, including the Integrated
Settlement (IS). The IS consolidates regional funding for the
pillars of Local Growth and Place, Transport, Housing and
Regeneration, Skills and Employment and a pilot Retro-fit
pillar

Decision

To agree to delegate authority to the relevant
Directors in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Portfolio
Holder to formally accept the currently unconfirmed Integrated
Settlement funding allocated to the Council, noting the final
amounts to be received may vary to the indicative amounts
quoted

Decision completed on 27/11/2025. Completed by the Director of
Economy and Infrastructure, in conjunction with the Cabinet Members
for Housing Portfolio and Climate Change, Planning & Housing
Portfolio. The funding accepted was £565,358 from the Public
Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, £364,750 from the Warm Homes
Local Grant and £282,120 from the Warm Homes Social Housing
Fund.
