RESOLVED:
(i)
That the change to the Children’s Services Capital Programme
2025/26 to include the amalgamation of the two former budgets for
the Reynalds Cross expansion detailed at paragraph 5.10 be approved and note the overall 3 year rolling
financial programme that is more particularly detailed at Appendix
A; and
(ii)
That a period of consultation on the proposal to expand Reynalds
Cross Special school as detailed in paragraph 5.11 be approved.
