Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval to progress to Phase 2 of the Kingshurst Regeneration Project. Phase 2 involves the construction of a new integrated Community, Health and Retail (CHR) building, associated enabling works, and the delivery of six new dwellings alongside a new vicarage. Approval is also sought to commission Willmott Dixon to undertake the construction works, in accordance with the existing Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA). Members will also be asked to approve the acceptation of external funding.
