RESOLVED

The Cabinet Member agreed:

(i)  To adopt the updated Regulatory Services Enforcement and Prosecution Policy attached as Appendix 7.1.

(ii)  To adopt the sum of £80, as the fixed monetary penalty for failing to comply with a Section 46 notice issued under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, with an early payment amount of £60, if paid within 10 days of the notice being issued.
