Decision

RESOLVED that:

1. the draft HRA budget for 2027/28 to 2029/30 be noted;
2. the indicative SCH Management fees for 2027/28 of £26.845million, 2028/29 of £27.284million and 2029/30 of £27.802million be noted;
3. a further report for the updated HRA budget following September CPI announcements be received; and
4. the HRA working balances position be noted.
