Property and Investments Executive Sub-Committee

The Property and Investments Executive Sub-Committee makes decisions on behalf of the Executive regarding the Council's commercial property and investments, operating under the Council's plans, policies, and financial regulations, including the Non-Treasury Management Investment Strategy.

This sub-committee is responsible for advising the Executive on strategies to protect and maintain the value of the Council's non-treasury and commercial investments. It handles decisions related to property disposals or acquisitions and manages the routine operations of tenancies, licences, and joint ventures within the investment portfolio, including director appointments and shareholder consents.
