DECISION
 
Following
consideration of the officer report, appendices and discussion, the Executive approved
and recommended to Full Council to:
 

a.   
Approve the removal of the already approved
schemes as detailed in Appendix A of the report.

b.   
Approve the revised capital programme for 2024/25
as detailed in Appendix B of the report.

c.    
Approve the inclusion of the new capital bids for
2023/24 and 2024/25 onwards as detailed in Appendix C of the report
for inclusion in the programme.
