GRANTED subject to the prior completion of a Section 106
Planning Obligation / Agreement and the stated planning conditions.
Delegated to the Head of Planning in consultation with the Area
Chair (South).
 
Voting: 12 in favour, 1 abstention.
 
 
ADDITIONAL VOTE
 
Following the above vote, a proposal was made
to refer the delegation in respect of the tenure split of both
planning applications 17/03320/OUT and 23/02549/OUT to the
Council’s Housing team in consultation with the Head of
Planning and the Area Chair and Vice-Chair (South). This was duly
seconded and carried by 12 in favour and 1 abstention.
