RESOLVED
 
That planning application 2024/1865/FUL
be DEFERRED contrary to the Officer’s recommendation
to allow for more information to be gathered on the impact of the
scheme on the discharge of sewage into the River Frome, the
designated wild swimming area at Farleigh Hungerford and further
clarification regarding the need of a financial contribution to the
provision of primary health care in the village.
 
Votes – 6 for,
6 against. The casting vote by the Chair was for deferral, making
the final vote 7 for, 6 against.
