RESOLVED
 
That planning application 2024/0579/OUT
be APPROVED in accordance with the Officer’s
recommendation with an additional requirement to the S106 agreement
to seek to secure contributions for active travel in accordance
with section 122 of the CIL regulations. Delegated authority to be
made to Officers, the Chair and Vice-Chair and Divisional
Members.
 
Votes – 10 for, 2 abstentions
