Councillor Liz Leyshon proposed the
recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Mike
Hewitson.
 
Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Council Resolved to:-

1)   
Note that the Council’s suite of Anti-Fraud and Corruption
policies had been reviewed and updated and had passed through Audit
and Executive Committees.

2)   
Approve the suite of policies for approval, to be adopted by
Somerset Council.

3)   
Note the updated Annual Counter Fraud Strategic Action Plan for
2025/26 setting out the corporate arrangements and actions to be
taken to deliver the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Strategy.
