RESOLVED
 
That planning application 2021/2637/FUL
be APPROVED in accordance with the Officer’s
recommendation with an additional requirement to the S106 agreement
to seek to secure a financial contribution to assist with the
delivery of infrastructure off site to facilitate active travel for
future occupiers. Delegated authority to be given to Officers, the
Chair and Vice-Chair to agree the necessary details.
