Resolved
 
To REFUSE the
application for a premises license for the following
reason:
 
The Sub-Committee were not
satisfied that the applicant had demonstrated sufficient measures
to promote the four licensing objectives, particularly;

The prevention of
crime and disorder
Public
safety
The prevention of
public nuisance
The protection of
children from harm

 
All parties are reminded that there is a right of
appeal against the decision of the Licensing Authority’s
decision. Such an appeal is to be made within 21 days of the date
of receipt of the formal Notice of Determination and should be made
to the South Somerset Magistrates’ Court.
