Decision

Following consideration of the officer report, appendices and discussion, the Executive resolved to:

• Approve the inspiring Innovation Transformation Plan

• Endorse the way forward with the procurement process for a Strategic Transformation Partner

• Delegate authority to the Executive Director, Resources, Strategy and Transformation to make minor amendments to the Transformation plan in consultation with the Lead Member for Transformation, Human Resources, and Localities.
