Following consideration of the officer report,
appendices and discussion, the Executive resolved to:
 

Approve the inspiring Innovation
Transformation Plan 

Endorse the way forward with the
procurement process for a Strategic Transformation
Partner 

Delegate authority to the Executive
Director, Resources, Strategy and Transformation to make minor
amendments to the Transformation plan in consultation with the Lead
Member for Transformation, Human Resources, and
Localities.
