Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

a.   
approve the Modern Data and AI Council business case for data and
AI transformation to enable services to be more efficient and
change their ways of working.

b.   
approve the release of associated Capital Funding (Flexible Use of
Capital Receipts) of up to £1.561m, noting that a decision
point to proceed further would take place in August 2026.

c.    
agreed to quarterly reporting to Corporate and Resources Scrutiny
Committee on the Modern Data and AI programme and the use of AI
within the Council.
