Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

a.   
approve the projects to which HNPCA could be deployed as set out in
section 2.3 of this report;

b.   
approve the average per place cost for each type of place
delivered, as set out in section 2.4 of this report;

c.    
approve the number of places to be delivered within the
state-maintained sector over a three-year period, as set out in
section 2.5 of this report;

d.   
delegate responsibility to the Service Director for Education and
S151 Officer to develop, commission and deliver a capital programme
that meets the Government’s conditions on the deployment of
the HNPCA and is in line with recommendations (a) to (c) above.

e.   
note that a report would be bought back in 12 months on progress
made against the targets achieved in recommendations (b) and (c)
above.
