To review the report, seek further information where
necessary from Procurement, and identify any item(s) where they
require the Officer committing the Waiver/Breach to formally attend
a future Committee to explain and justify the action taken in
consideration of any risks posed to the Council. To recommend to
Scrutiny to look at the resource available to the Head of
Procurement for reporting of Waivers and Breaches.
