Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

1.   
Remove exclusivity rights by formally withdrawing the offer to sell
the site to Mayday Saxonvale and withdrawing the contract issued on
28 February 2025.

2.   
Approve an open market disposal of the site.
