Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

1.   
Endorse the approach to the Pay and Reward Programme as outlined in
the Full Business Case.

2.   
Member oversight of the Pay and Reward Programme be through the HR
Committee.

3.   
Approve that it be made explicit that the Inspiring Innovation
Assurance Board be part of the governance structure for the Pay and
Grading Review and that Section 3.3 of Appendix 1, The Full
Business Case for the Pay and Reward Programme to be updated
accordingly.

4.   
Approve that members received clear updates on the affordability of
implementing a new pay and grading structure for the Council as
early as possible in future reports throughout the project, as more
detail became available.
